Life Will Teach Them Better
My ten-year-old granddaughter always tries to justify why it is OK to gaslight her sister. She always seems to have something negative to say. When I’m reading or contemplating, she will interrupt. Is there anything I can do?

Dear Heartfelt,
Life shall teach her better. In the meantime, you can consider setting boundaries for behavior in your home, when your grandchild visits. Of course this includes setting a good, loving example for the child.
She may also benefit from learning the principle of karma, explaining that what we put out to others will come back to us.
