My daughters are expressing their displeasure at the fact that a female can’t be the Living ECK Master. Could you please expand on this quote from page 161 of ECKopedia that says, “A Soul in training for the role of the MAHANTA, the Living ECK Master enters this life as a male due to the arrangement of atoms.” Is there an analogy, story, or other explanation that could help youth understand why the Living ECK Master is always male?
I trust that as my daughters grow, they will come to accept this spiritual fact as I did. It’s a common experience for youth to be bothered by it for a time until they truly see everyone, including and especially themselves, as Soul. I also know telling them they’ll grow out of it wouldn’t be helpful. In the meantime, as a parent, I would sincerely appreciate a youth-friendly explanation I could share with my children.

Dear Supportive Mother,
Here’s an apt analogy: Why can only female bodies give birth?
Is a Soul living in a male body deprived of the experience of giving birth? No, it’s just the way things are. It is how God’s creation is designed.
No one is better or worse because they are male–or female. Soul equals Soul.
Even the Soul that becomes the Living ECK Master is no better than another Soul. It is a role of service that involves training over many lifetimes in both female and male bodies.
No Soul is ever deprived of Its destiny of Coworkership with God.
